Exposed
The Project ‘Exposed’ captures the men’s mental health group Icebreakers, based in Bristol, during their exposed cold plunge rituals. Focusing on candid moments that reveal vulnerability, connection and healing. It highlights how the shared experience helps to break down mental health barriers and foster strength through brotherhood.
